Tier framework
Every chapter is built from blocks tagged by tier. The mix shows how AI fits into that chapter:
- A Tier A — AI off. Manual demo, bootstrap, human ceremony.
- B Tier B — Foundation. You do it manually first, then with AI.
- C Tier C — AI default. Claude does the work, you validate.
We deliberately balance the ratio per chapter. Ch0 is all A (manual setup). Ch2 is heavy B+C (learning Claude). Ch8 is back to A (demos are human).
