Terms & Conditions
Version 1.0.0 · Effective 2026-05-26 · Last updated 2026-05-26
1. Acceptance
By participating in the AI & Vibe Coding Tour ("the Tour"), you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older. You must have a working development environment (see the curriculum for setup requirements). The Tour is delivered in English with Burmese language support.
3. Conduct
You agree to follow our Code of Conduct. Violations may result in removal from the cohort.
4. Intellectual Property
Curriculum content (text, diagrams, slides) is licensed under Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 (CC-BY-SA-4.0). You may share and adapt with attribution.
Code in our repositories is licensed under the MIT License.
Your work — code you write, ideas you contribute, content you post in cohort channels — remains yours. By submitting a PR to the Tour Repo, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display your contribution in the public cohort archive.
5. Privacy
We collect application data, attendance, and (optionally) demo recordings. See Privacy Policy for full details.
6. Termination
We may remove a participant from the cohort for:
- Code of Conduct violations
- More than one-third of sessions missed without notice
- Repeated harassment after warning
- Submitting plagiarized work as your own
Removed participants forfeit access to remaining sessions and the cohort channel.
7. Disclaimers
No warranty. The Tour is provided "as is." We make best effort to deliver high-quality instruction but make no guarantee of any specific learning outcome.
No certification. Completing the Tour does not produce a legally-recognized certification, diploma, or accreditation.
No employment promise. We do not guarantee jobs, internships, or referrals.
Best effort on availability. The instructor will make best effort to attend all scheduled sessions. In case of illness or emergency, sessions may be rescheduled.
Third-party services. The Tour uses third-party services (Anthropic, GitHub, Telegram, etc.). Their terms also apply to your use of those services. We're not responsible for their uptime, pricing, or policies.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us (which is zero for participants — the Tour is free).
We are not liable for:
- Lost data on your devices
- Third-party API charges (if you incur any outside provided credits)
- Career outcomes
- Disputes between cohort members
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced via email and posted to this page. Version log at the bottom of this page.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Disputes will be resolved through arbitration under the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) rules, conducted in English.
